In these grains from the south east of Mexico we find a specific blend of flavor and quality.

These coffee crops grow overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and on its back a beautiful range where just the right amount of humidity and shadow patches make up for the right combination to obtain lustrous grains which are later roasted by hand.
